Kami, RN is our Maternal Child Health employee of the Month for October 2022! Kami is a nurse in the Family Birthing Center and is known for her skills, knowledge, and dedication to her team. These were Kami’s nominations from her peers:
“We had a very difficult night 10/23 with two extremely critical situations happening simultaneously; Kami was not on call that night but answered a desperate plea for help and showed up for her team. She knew what she was walking in to, and she still came!”
“Kami always uses evidence-based practices to ensure she provides the highest level of patient care. I consistently see Kami mentoring, nurturing, and educating other associates whenever the opportunity arises. Most Recently, on a particularly difficult shift, Kami shoed unwavering support for her team when she sprinted into the unit to help. Kami came right on the unit and jumped to help wherever she needed. For being a team player and always supporting her team to provide the best possible care, Kami deserves recognition.”
