Yong retires from Sky Lakes Coffee Shop “Esspresso? Iguesso!”

Friday, May 27, is a bittersweet day: It marks the 15th anniversary of the opening of “Esspresso? Iguesso!” at Sky Lakes, and it is Yong’s retirement day.
Her retirement is well-deserved and she will be greatly missed.
Yong and her husband, Jim, launched the shop only a few weeks after the new building opened in 2007. The business is a very popular location for meetings and breaks and, after we get a cadre of baristas trained, Sky Lakes will re-open and operate the business. We anticipate it will return to service by mid-June; watch for details.
Thank you, Yong, for keeping your Sky Lakes family properly caffeinated, for always having a welcoming place and a warm smile, and for all your hard work over the years.
