Biography
Dave graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology and then completed his Master’s of Science in Special Education from Grand Canyon University in 2010. He was employed by Klamath Falls City Schools where he worked in a mental health day treatment program until July of 2021. He took the next step in his career when hired by Sky Lakes Medical Center in July of 2021 and obtained his QMHP-C in April of 2022. Dave’s current role is as a crisis therapist through Sky Lakes Behavioral Health Clinic.
Dave’s special interest include cognitive behavioral therapy to address immediate needs of his patients that lead to stability and direction to long term care.
He is actively involved in the community through coaching wrestling at a local high school. He’s also actively involved at his church and enjoys hobbies that include kayaking and fishing.
