HIGH Fitness

 

HIGH transforms old school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i.e. HIIT, plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love. This results in a high energy, INTENSE and crazy fun workout that leaves participants feeling HIGH and wanting more. Our formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level. Suitable for all fitness levels with easy to follow choreography and modifications consistently given to meet your abilities.

FIT CITZ Program

 

Expect to regain strength, flexibility, improve balance and avoid falls.  This is one of the few forms of exercise that focuses on improving specific functions used in your every day life. Class uses light weights and stretchy/versa bands.

BODYPUMP

 

BODYPUMP is a weights class for absolutely everyone. This form of weight training will make you toned, lean and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories. It’ll also tone and shape your body, without adding bulky muscles. The rep effect – a scientifically proven Les Mills formula – is the secret to developing lean athletic muscle without the need for heavy weights.

Spinning

 

Unique indoor cycling program integrating upbeat music, camaraderie and some upper/lower body strengthening. It is especially aerobic and helpful for burning calories. It can be modified for beginners and it’s especially fun and smooth on our special “cruise-line” type bikes.

ZUMBA

 

Fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO! The program is designed to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

PILOXING

 

A fusion of boxing and standing pilates principles. The combo of these two principles creates a sense of both physical and mental balance.

PIYO

 

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Harbor Strength

 

This class strengthens all your major muscle groups in an inspiring, motivating group environment. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls. Harbor Strength is for all ages and all fitness levels.

Vinyasa Flow

 

This is a fitness-based class characterized by performing a series of yoga poses without stopping in order to flow from one pose to another. Some poses are held for a short time, while other poses are held up to five breaths for more strengthening. While this class is a challenging workout, it can be modified to adjust for various fitness levels.

Yoga

 

This basic yoga class is perfect for those who spend long days behind a desk. Expect to loosen up your shoulders, chest, hips, hamstrings, and back in a relaxing group environment. Learn breathing techniques, meditation, and simple yoga poses to improve your health and happiness. This Yoga class is for all ages and fitness levels.

BODY BLAST

 

A full body workout specialized to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles. Working your muscles from different angles to lift, firm, and shape. This workout is designed to maximize your time, effort and results.

Cardio Fusion

 

Tired of doing the same cardio and strength routines? Add some variety to your workouts with this exhilarating cardio adventure that is guaranteed to keep you moving and keep you guessing. Whether it’s cardio drills or cardio strength intervals, this class will keep your blood pumpin’! Come every week for new and exciting formats.
